😞 I thought I personally was never going to get “healthy,” and that it was not obtainable. My belief was that people who were fit have been working out their entire lives.
🤦‍♀️ I was unhappy because I allowed myself to get to that point. I was also depressed because I was unhappy and uncomfortable with myself.
🎓My priority was school; I have been in college on and off since graduating in 2009, attempting to get my nursing license.
LIFE WAS: 🎓school, 👩‍⚕️work, 🍹then hanging out drinking and 🍔 eating fast food. Repeat.

🏋️‍♂️ I have lost 100lbs 🏋️‍♀️ I feel amazing now because I don’t need to use my asthma medication after just walking around. I have a ton of energy so I’m not just laying around not doing anything on days off.
✅ And I feel accomplished for not only how far I have come but also with everyday things, like going to the gym, hiking, running, yard work, the amount of steps I may have done that day, or the fact that I could have slept in or went to bed early but I choose to work out or get moving.
😁 My mindset now is that anything is possible! I am extremely happier, I know that I feel better after anything that I do because I am now capable of doing those things. Extremely motivated, yes I have those days that I don’t want to do anything or I had a hard day but I always try to show up to do something even if I just attempt to get 1 round or scale the weight atleast that day I got moving.

The most gratifying thing about CF845 are my accomplishments – to see what I wasn’t able to do movement wise, or weightlifting, versus now.

[myth about CrossFit] The biggest myth about CF is that you have to be “fit” to do the movements.
