Congrats – you just took your first step toward creating a healthy new life with CrossFit! Book a free fitness assessment at CrossFit 845 and we’ll show you our tremendous facility and world class training. You’re going to love working out with us. You’ll be sweating next to our friendly members who come in all sizes, shapes, ages, and ability levels. So whoever you are today, you’re going to fit right in here. We can’t wait to meet you!
Whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.
This trial class and fitness assessment is absolutely free. There are no strings attached and no obligations.
What to Expect:
First we’ll give you a tour of our facility and answer any questions you may have about how we train at CrossFit 845.
Then we’ll take you through a sample class, specifically tailoring the workout to you as a beginner and bringing you along at a pace fitting your age, ability, or experience.
Finally we’ll talk about the class, ask about your goals moving forward and discuss what our next steps will be if we think its a good fit for you to start workout out with us.
Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
- Am I too young/old/tall/short/underweight/overweight?
- What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Do I have to eat kale everyday?
Please wear workout clothes and athletic shoes. Expect to spend about one hour at our gym and to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Remember our trial class and fitness assessment is 100% free and is a great way to see if CrossFit 845 is a good fit for you.
If you enjoyed your trial class and fitness assessment, then we’ll take you through the next steps of enrolling in our Fundamentals program. We strongly believe the best way to improve your health is to have a proper understanding of movements and exercises. We require all new members to complete our Fundamentals program.
