🤷‍♀️ I always knew health and fitness was extremely important but I figured if you just moved and didn’t eat much, you could be fit!
😐 I was very unhappy. I didn’t feel good with how I looked or my energy level so I knew I needed to make a change for nobody but myself.
👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 I always felt that I needed to take care of everyone else and make sure they were all taken care of before me.
🏋️‍♂️❓I really didn’t have a routine. I would come to the gym, go to work, that was really it. I didn’t exactly worry about the proper way of eating.

⬇️ I’ve lost 40 pounds within one year. I have a lot more energy and more confidence about myself.
🥗 I’m more focused on my nutrition and making sure I get to the gym every day. If I miss one day at the gym I don’t feel right. I’m learning that it’s OK to take care of ME!
😁 I’m much happier, more motivated and not just because of the weight loss but also for foods I put into my body.
🏃‍♀️ Running has become easier for me without carrying all that extra weight.

The people, the coaches, and the support that you get from everyone is what keeps me coming back to CF845.

[myth about CrossFit] I thought that you had to be in the best shape to be able to do something like CrossFit and that I would not be able to it.

💥IF YOU’RE STUCK LIKE I WAS: It’s OK to put yourself first, to take time out of your day, and devote it to YOU- whether it be an hour or 15 minutes, YOU DESERVE IT😍. Because for me it made me a happier, more energetic person than I’ve been in a very long time. It was no one’s fault but my own to not carve out that time for me.

I also like to give a special shout out to the ladies in the gym who have supported me, pushed me, and tell me the truth.

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to build friendships.
