Cara Plitsch

Moving is an essential part of living. Growing up, I was always active. I loved to be outside and tried to constantly keep up with my older brother. My main sport was basketball, and I had the privilege of coaching girls' basketball after college.  All of my life's journeys have led me to be the coach I am today. My many roles in life, from being an educator to a mom, have given me the knowledge I have to stand in front of a class of athletes looking for a great workout.
