I grew up in Port St Lucie/North Palm, Florida. We were always active. My 1st race was at 5 years old with my father and that kicked off my passion for fitness.  From then on, helping others, especially women is where my heart found its place. I am laser focused on nutrition, hormone balancing and strength building for women.
