Steve Wrobel

I played sports all of my life. After college, I opened my own restaurant and my fitness took a back seat. In pursuit of something competitive, I came across CrossFit. A close friend of mine introduced me to Dave, the owner at CF845 in 2016 and I never left. I’m a member turned coach. I love being a part of such an amazing community and watching our members grow both physically and mentally.
